Strategic analysis. Identifies patterns across signals and maps cross-sector connections to determine anomaly scale.
Krishna — Synthesis
Synthesis. Combines related signals into intelligence briefs. Maps how a signal in one domain causes a cascade in another.
Synthesist — Integration
Integration layer. Connects briefs to existing knowledge and attaches historical context before final output.
Outputter — Distribution
Distribution. Formats and publishes confidence-scored signals. Assigns the absolute Confidence Score (0.00-1.00).
Data Provenance
NOSTR Immutable.
The output of the Delta agent is immediately hashed and broadcasted across the NOSTR relay network. The architect cannot alter it. Board members cannot rewrite it based on PR concerns. If The Circle publishes an inaccurate signal, the error is permanently etched into the public ledger.
Quality Control
The Watchman.
An independent diagnostic agent sitting outside the cascade. The Watchman retroactively grades the Delta agent's confidence scores against real-world outcomes over 90 days. We publicly stream our own failure rates. "We grade ourselves before anyone else does."
